Rates and Terms
Our standard hourly rate is $75.00 per person, per hour Mon–Fri for any of our services. The hourly rate for work performed after 6pm Mon – Fri and on a Saturday is $89 per hour. For packing and unpacking services, there is a minimum of two ladies for 4 hours each.
Package rates are available for events, relocations, house styling and de cluttering.
Third party or vendor pricing is additional and are to be paid for separately at their applicable standard rates. Contact Emma on 0423385961 to book in your free quote today.


Payment
We take payment in the form of cash, cheque or direct bank deposit.

Terms & Conditions

The Credit Card Application Form or Confirmation of your EFT Deposit, must be completed and returned to Mums PA via email: help@mums-pa.com.au prior to the commencement of work.

Mums PA staff are not authorised to remove any items from the removal truck. To do so may interfere with both the removalist and our insurance and Occupational Health and Safety policies and procedures.

Our quote is based on a preliminary viewing of your location and contents or photos.

Mums PA cannot be held responsible for any delays incurred as a result of any removal company (or any other third party) and its staff and/or vehicles arriving at the clients’ house. Mums PA chargeable hours commence at the agreed time upon arrival at the client property, regardless of whether the removal vehicle is present or not, delayed or otherwise.

If we are purchasing items on your behalf, once we have your approval (re items/costs), this cost will be itemized on your final invoice.
Some items may require direct payment to the supplier.

If you have any queries regarding the quote or invoice issued, you will need to let us know within 48 hours.

Cancellations

Mums PA reserve the right to charge for our time/expenses incurred in organising your move to the time of cancellation.

In the event of cancellation of a job, we reserve the right to apply any deposit paid to cover either or both, our expenses incurred to date, and that of any of our third party suppliers.

We are aware of the industry and allow changes to be made of dates, but should you need to postpone your booking, Mum’s PA requires a minimum of 3 days’ notice. Should you cancel your booking within 3 days prior to its scheduled date, Mum’s PA will charge a $120 admin fee to be deducted from your deposit refund.

Upon acceptance of this quote, Mum’s PA requires 25% deposit of your Quote to secure your booking. This amount will be charged to your credit card 48 hours prior to the commencement of your job. The balance of payment along with other costs will be processed once your job has been completed.

Work is done in good faith, so we like to ensure payments are also prompt and finalised within 7 days of receipt of invoice.

All agreed third party supplier invoices e.g. carton supply, delivery and collection, house and carpet cleaning, eBay fees, rubbish removal, packing materials etc. may be invoiced separately.

Mums PA acknowledges and respects the privacy of individuals. The intended recipient of this information is Mums PA.

The information that is being collected is for the purposes of processing your inquiry and facilitating the agreed payment(s) only.
